The World of Wine
Friday 28th August, 7.00pm - 11.00pm
Fraser’s Private Dining Room, $115 per guest
An evening of the finer things in life, held in the sensational Private Dining Room at Fraser's Restaurant with host Franklin Tate, from Grape Expectations (and of ‘Evans & Tate’ fame).
Guests will sit around the one large American Cherry Oak boardroom-style table, and enjoy a six-course Degustation Dinner designed by Fraser’s chef Chris Taylor.
Each course will be accompanied by 2 x tasting glasses of wine, carefully selected by Franklin to perfectly the compliment each dish being served. The dinner will work like an open forum, with Franklin fielding questions and discussing the wines, and chef Chris talking about the menu and welcoming and feedback.
Each of the wines will be from a different country, hence your journey through the "World of Wines"...
